A slap in the face for dealers in the US... I have been avidly following the developments of a little company in Australia known as Gizzmo Electronics (

They make a couple of intelligent little devices that could benefit us in the 'z' world, and up until today, I thought we were all soon to benefit from some nice new toys... but all of the technology in the world is not worth a cold shoulder. I recently sent an e-mail off to this little company in hopes of finding out if their when new MS-IBC was going to be available for us to test to see if the unit was ready for us to use... in other words, if all of the little bells & whistles that we like in an IBC (Intelligent Boost Controller). The response to the e-mail was so overwhelmingly rude that I felt a call was in order to find out why a dealer/distributer (not to mention a consumer) inquiry would be so harshly responded to... The call went just the same as the e-mail, basically stating that "they had done all the testing needed", that "the product did not need our approval", and that "they were definetely not interested in dealers in the US"... as they had procured some OEM deal with a company already... Well I guess I hope their support is much better than their sakes team, as this is not exactly what I expect from a company trying to promote a product in an already saturated market. I sure hope that whatever company picked them up knows what their dealing with & also has more sense than they do... as for me, I don't think I'll be buying one anytime soon (no matter what the name of the company that picks it up)....
